Date set for Beitbridge leadership Summit

BEITBRIDGE-The Sundrive Coalition organized Leadership Summit is now slated for September 17, 2022 at Purple Heart hall after being cancelled to allow President Emmerson Mnangagwa to commission the mordernised Beitbridge Border post.
Sundrive Coalition Director Innocent Chenjerai confirmed the development to Two Nations.
Norton MP Temba Mliswa is still the main speaker at the one day event running from 5pm-9 pm. Retired footballer and now Katsande Partners and Boss Yamboka managing director Willard Katsande who were also billed to present are no longer attending the event,” said Chenjerai.
Other speakers for the summit include business director of Zimbabwe Sugar Association Experiment Station, Dr Audrey Mabveni, founder of Ikonnect Kadoma Jennifer Chimbodza and ZAOGA provincial overseer Givemore Tomu.
The Summit will be held under the theme; The Shift- Transforming leaders into agents of change.
The event was initially set for August 27, 2022.
“We want to appreciate our supporters for the continued effort and their assurance to attend the Summit regardless of its postponement due to the national event that was held four days after the initial proposed date of the Summit.
“Topics to be tackled are; understanding life purpose, maximizing time and potential, discipline and character, identifying future opportunities, leaders for society and influencing people,” said Chenjerai.
He also said that they are expecting attendees from Masvingo, Gwanda, Harare and South Africa.
